FluentCall

Terms of Use

Draft — last updated 25 October 2026. This draft must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch.

What FluentCall is

FluentCall is an educational tool for practising spoken conversation. Your speaking partner is an AI, not a human teacher.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Accounts created by minors will be removed.

AI limitations

  • AI replies and learning reports can be wrong, incomplete or based on mis-heard speech.
  • Feedback is educational guidance, not a certified language assessment.
  • The level you choose (A1–C2) is your own preference, not a verified proficiency certificate.
  • We do not guarantee any particular learning result.

Fair use and limits

Calls last up to 12 minutes. There is a daily call limit (currently 3 connected calls per day, UTC) and a limit on how many people can talk at once, so you may need to wait in a queue. Limits may change, and new calls may be paused at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use FluentCall to harass, to produce illegal or harmful content, to share other people's personal information, or to bypass call limits or security. Do not attempt to access other people's data.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Availability

FluentCall depends on third-party services, including Google Gemini, and may be unavailable, slow or interrupted. Calls may drop if your phone locks or the browser is suspended.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
